Summer Getaway/ Pool Room
This project was a second phase of the St. Mary’s Estate, and while intended for Summer use, this room has quickly become the favorite hang-out spot in the home. We designed a bright new bath, a pool changing room, and salvaged vintage plumbing from the original home as a fun conversation starter. The room's focal point is the Waterworks wet bar equipped with brass strapping and nautical-inspired sink fittings. The room opens to the large freshwater outdoor pool with abundant indoor/outdoor entertaining.
